A consented digital presenter answering the ten most-asked questions about a public e-service, in three languages.
The problem
Help content goes out of date faster than anyone can re-shoot it, and it has to exist in every language residents speak.
How we made it
A team member recorded an on-camera consent session; we built a digital twin under a revocable agreement, wrote ten scripts in plain language and produced each answer in Arabic, English and Turkish.
